SMS ID - Each home we list is automatically assigned a 6 digit ID number that can be sent via text message to code 555000. Once your ID # is sent to the code a text MSG with a detailed description of your property along with pictures is sent to the interested buyers cell phone. This allows interested buyers immediate information if they aren’t near a computer and also allows us to capture the potential buyers phone number so we can follow up with them.
Home Feedback System
Our home feedback system allows you to receive feedback directly from the showing realtor after your home has been shown. This will allow us to address any concerns that potential buyers have about your home whether it be the color of your paint or the price of your property.
